\| 07.02.2008 Product surprisingly powerfull but some improvements are needed : 1/ Warning the Voom PC is not mounted and there is no manual to explain how to do it. It's really a pity. 2/ This PC is NOT fanless ! The motherboard is fanless, but you definitely need to plug in the noisy fan included in the enclosure because otherwise the CPU will go up to 100°C... 3/ I bought it in a Christmas bundle with a slim AOPEN external buner. This did not work, I sent it back (at my expense), I received a new one promptly which is still not working and now Cartft is refusing to reimburse it at the original value. This is not fair at all ! SO I am disapointed as this is NOT what I was looking for, even tought the price is OK. I hope that Cartft will improve its service level in order to fully satisfy its customers.

\| 07.02.2008 My did not work, I sent it back and the 2nd one did not worked either! Now Cartft is refusing to reimburse it at full value. NO COMMENT.

\| 07.02.2008 This product did not work - I sent it back (my expense) and received a second one which is a little bit better as this one can read a few DVD...but no CD! So now I want to be reimbursed but cartft is refusing to do so at original value : not fair !
